Miah! My favorite topic :) I could talk about this girl 24/7!!! She is just the best little girl i've ever met in my entire life. Yeah, I suppose all parents think their kids the greatest thing since cake pops, but, mine really is!!! .....really!!!
She has got the most addictive personality. I love to just sit with her and "chat" and watch her (I guess I expect she's going to do something brilliant...like stand up and recite the the pledge of allegiance or something, lol) .. There are very few people i'd like to spend the whole day with....but SHE IS DEFINITELY (besides mike) the one person I want to constantly be around and I just want to soak up all she is!!! I want to remember all her little quirks, like how she clasps her hands when she eats, how she puts just her pointer finger in her mouth and sucks on it, how she laughs like crazy when i grab her thighs and say "I LOVE THOSE CHUBBA THIGHS!!!", how she wiggles her toes when shes eating, how she kicks one foot out of her blanket everynight exactly like me and mike do, i love how she opens her eyes so wide and raises her eyebrows all the time like she's so excited about what she sees!
Life with her here has definitely changed things. But Mike and I say all the time, Just 4 months ago, she wasn't here, and we can't even remember life without her! Our family just feels so complete with this tiny beautiful little sweet heart!
Now that she's here, of course there are changes...(It was all about us before!!) but we love our new "normal". On Mike's work days Miah and I wake up, eat, we have what I like to call "relaxation time" which she LOVES. I put her in her swing after her bottle and she just lays there and listens to music, and swings. Sometimes she falls asleep. Her schedule is still pretty much eat, play, sleep, eat, play, sleep. When Daddy gets home he spends some time with Miah, then we go on walks or play or run whatever errands we need to. Then at 7 we get our bath, a bottle, and then she's in bed no later than 830. It's been a really nice routine. I try to keep her morning & night as routine as possible since the middle of the day can get a little hectic.Overall this routine has proved to be wonderful for her and she's adapted to it nicely! She still fights her sleep and screams when shes tired and it's time for a nap or bed, but the routine seems to keep her from screaming quite as long!
This blog was entirely random...............but I desperately wanted to write, so I just let it flow! lol.
xoxo!!!
